Deya Broadcasting Network, transmitted its first live programme through satellite today. Various leaders of the church, from different nations addressed the viewers at GDM Headquarters in London: Mr. Kwabena Arko - a British Ghanaian, Pastor Giovanni Ghiodotti of European Community Church who is an Italian and many others. The service was packed with the anointing of the Holy Spirit and Archbishop Deya spoke about having a successful relationship in marriage.

Every week, Archbishop Deya will be speaking live from 4pm - 5pm London standard time. People will have the opportunity to call direct and receive special prayers which will be live on the internet and satellite.

The concern of the church members is the persecution, traumatizing action of the Kenyan authorities against Mrs Mary Deya, Mrs. Miriam Nyeko and Mrs. Rose Kiserem. The Kenyan authorities are politically accusing them of stealing children of unknown parents. It is so cruel that the Kenyan authorities went to Archbishop Deya's home on August 20th 2004. They picked up all his children from his home and claimed that he and his wife stole them from unknown parents.

The Kenyan authorities did their own DNA tests which they claimed did not match the parents, Archbishop Deya and his wife, Mary. When Archbishop Deya requested to do a private DNA test the Kenyan authorities refused him to do the private DNA test. Since the investigation started in August 2004 there has been no one who has come forward, to show that their DNA is matching with the children. But still the Kenyan authorities pursue Archbishop Deya for extradition, from UK to Kenya to face political false allegations of stealing children. One can ask where, when, how and whom have they stolen the children from.

Despite these false allegations the Lord, God has been so faithful. Half the congregation believes that the devil is fighting this ministry.  Currently the church is grown very fast. Now the ministry has its own broadcasting network, reaching over 200 million homes in Africa, Asia, Europe except for USA and UK.  This is a unique breakthrough, the whole church jubilated and praised God for such a blessing and prayer was offered for Mrs. Mary Deya, Mrs. Mary Nyeko and Mrs. Rose Kiserem.

The same happened to Apostle Paul as written in the book of Acts 24 vs. 1-2: Five days later the High Priest Ananias went to Caesarea with some elders and a lawyer named Tertulus. They appeared before Felix and made charges against Paul. Then Paul was called in, and Tertulus began to make his accusation, as follows: "Your Excellency! Your wise leadership has brought us a long period of peace, and many necessary reforms are being made for the good of our country.

The church believes because of miracles, signs and wonders that God is performing at Gilbert Deya Ministries has brought jealousy and anger from satan's kingdom and what the apostle went through is what Gilbert Deya Ministries Members' are going through. We request all believers to join in prayer in time such as this, that Mrs Mary Deya has been put in jail and some of her children taken.

Now the Politicians have overpowered the judicial judgement and there is no justice being done to the Deya's family. They have been jailed for the Kenyan Authorities to get opportunity to extradict Archbishop Deya from UK to Kenya.  We believe his life is not guaranteed, it is in danger with the Kenyans who have been known for the cruelty and injustice they have done to others.  The Kenyan authority are not going to succeed in this injustice to humanity this time.  Surely, there must be a change for the country to progress for a better future of development.
